CYBECOM was started in 1999 by Michelle Jansen who has a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses (specifically), to maximise their bottom line through effective ecommerce.  If we think you are wasting your time, we’ll let you know. We also have a unique ability to translate your business requirements into technical solutions without you needing to be technical. Most competitors will either be too business oriented or too technically oriented whereas CYBECOM sits in the middle and is capable of speaking both languages.

Michelle, CYBECOM’s principal, comes highly qualified. She has university qualifications in Maths & Computing, Ecommerce and Education and TAFE qualifications in Multimedia.
